Vaal Fluid Systems S.A is an engineering company that specializes in the manufacture, sales and repairs of hydraulic components, pneumatic products and related products. This company was established by the Arangies family, Harry and Veronica, and was registered for business in January 1985. During the same year the company was awarded a license to act on behalf of Parker Hannifin as their agency. This assisted in securing contracts with big companies such as Iscor, now Arcellor Mittal.
In May 2005 the company transformed into a Black Economically Empowered concern, and invited to serve on its board and management a black partner.
